Well, at least you are forced to do it because you can partecipate in real offline torunaments (I would like to have the possibility to do the same...).
Like I said I would prefer no more VF characters in DoA5U and rather to see concretized the collaboration between TN and AM2 in a real crossover game between the two series. But I recognize that we are not talking about ordinary guest stars from separate universe (like Spawn or Ezio Auditore), but about characters from the VF series able to increase the popularity of the game between the VF players.
I know that the presence of a VF character would be more worthy than the presence of a character like Raidou (a mimic one against a character with a real different moveset like a VF one) or Irene (a new character only known from the internal fans of NG against a popular character like a VF one): so also if I wouldn't never prefer a character from Virtua Fighter to a character from the DoA/NG universe, I recognize that objectively would be more important to get a such guest, and so I would accept the thing without real complaints...

I know how you feel. I wish you good luck with you character and for everyone who doesnt get his character in this game. I dont like if someone remove a character from a rooster. That is not cool Its like a part of this game is missing taht is how I feel. I doesnt get why they remove/didnt add ein to DOA5. Yeah he is now in 5U but Ein is always better than Hayate.
The reason is because you already have Hitomi, so is just better than Ein. And this is coming from a major Ein player. Team Ninja said that wanted to remove characters that had similar styles to other characters and introduce new characters. But, like everything else, they're going back on their word to please fans. I swear, I hope Tengu doesn't come in DOA5U, he doesn't deserve a spot. There's already a boss character for people to choose. And if there's only 2 or 3 more spots left, it would be unfair to leave out the other boss characters. I would rage if Tengu players got their wish, but I don't get Raidou.
not really, he was hardly played and is considered canonically dead that's why he was removed in the first place. if he does make it back you should consider yourself lucky and be extremely grateful if not to TN then at least to the community who supported you so much when you weren't entitled to a dam thing.
more character over 6 months? TN you sure know how to play the game. if TN was to announce that their would be no new content DLC,characters, or patches then im pretty sure the community would die down, but that's not the case. i come to this site constantly because their is always something new to discuss from casual to gameplay.
Honestly, it's very hard for a character to be played consistently when the devs don't put any effort into balancing him and he turns out to be complete garbage. Then they, for some reason, decide to make you have to work your ass off to unlock him, which, understandably, no one will do because it's not worth going through that much trouble to get what is arguably the worst character in the game.
In this scenario, almost nobody has access to the character and those few who do won't play him because doing so is suicide.
Basically, I shouldn't have to stop playing my main just because TN fucked up. Similarly, hardly anyone plays Bayman either, and it would be pretty damn lame if TN decided that that was enough of a reason to force you to join them.

im not saying he shouldn't be added im saying if he is be grateful, fighting gamers lose their "mains" all the time its something that happens and unlike us most wont get them back.
The "something bad occurs a lot so be grateful if it doesn't happen to you and move on if it does" argument is always lame and this particular case is no exception.
Just because something bad is frequent doesn't mean you should be content with it.
im not saying be content with it, if Bayman was removed i would try to get him back as well. im saying don't sound like a spoiled child while doing so

Well, that's a debate I don't really feel like going into right now since my perspective of what's worthy of payment is clearly very different from the norm. Personally, I feel like the prices on the gravure videos are basically criminal, while the price on Marie Rose is actually quite generous.
As long as TN charges decent prices for the valid things (characters), I don't really care if they over-charge for things I'll never buy.

actually most people think the gravure prices are bullshit, but people do stupid things for fap material

People mainly buy them sonce those vids(and I think the tropical swimsuits) will help develop DOAX3.
^ I'm going with this. I don't think anyone is buying Private Paradise videos to support DOAX3.

Well, I meant more so along the lines that they were buying these videos just to fap to, rather than thinking about it long term and supporting more fap material, but that's also a possibility.
