I don't think they are at the same level as Johnny Cage, I don't think it reflects much in either Hitomi or Leifang's win quotes. If anyone is as cocky as him, it's probably Jann Lee or Rig.

Like I said, it's a generic trait among most of the fighters' win quotes except for a few characters who remains humble and doesn't ridicule opponents.

I couldn't see Jacky acting humble or Kokoro being brash.

Did you never notice, that she likes to make fun of her opponents (her taunts, victory poses), acts defiant, if she isn't around her mother or Helena (Brad, Lisa in the story lines..) and likes to troll others (not catching the nunchucks on purpose, when Jann Lee throws them towards her, shattering the vase.) She is anything but a nice, innocent girl. XD She just acts like a dumbass.
