Just make the projectiles prone to side-steps and have unsafe recovery for anything closer then full-screen. Make the projectiles more suitable as a combo string or Oki then an actual zoning tool for neutral game shenanigans.

Axel feels exactly like I am feeling or Russian chiropractic, that it is just a coincidence. These new DLC costumes were very likely already in the planning, maybe even ready, when the costume contest was running. (It really takes a while to plan and produce outfits.) Team Ninja also gave everyone (not just Marie Rose) a denim overall plus something character specific, to not be too generic/lazy. Stockings or ringed stockings are very common in lolita fashion. That was probably the first character specific addition TN could think of regarding MR.
Apart from the stockings and suspenders Axel's outfit and this DLC outfit have actually not much in common.

The chances of his exact costume being added are slimming down, TN already put out two costumes that are similar to Axel's design. I feel like they are just adding elements from his concept since the only similarities are the textures which I cant imaging being hard to change.

Capcom needs to truly watch it's ass. This is a good thing for companies to do to not only make more people acknowledge the games, but also bring life to the circuits for these games in general.

It sucks KOF, Injustice and KI are still the only main games being taken seriously compared to anything Capcom.
