everyone talking shit ignoring the fact he could still speed blitz anyone, possibly even Ryu

when Hayate makes his debut in ninja gaiden everyone will realize just why the call HIM the shinobi of the wind.

Except there's nothing saying Kasumi or Ayane couldn't do that either...

Hell, I honestly believe Kasumi could have done that faster since she is pretty much the Teleporting Princess of the series.

Oh my. Here we go
Ayane's Rage of the Mountain God ninpo took a very, very long time to activate when it took down the Tri-tower. If he were to take that much time, I have no doubt Hayabusa could replicate the effect (doubt me? go ahead and use Tag ninpo in NG. he basically IS using that ninpo along with her). Yes, Ayane can perform a quicker version, but it appears weaker. Since Hayabusa can perform the quicker version, it's logical to assume with enough time he could use the bigger version.
Meanwhile, Ayane has demonstrated nothing that can compare to the effect of the True Inferno ninpo Hayabusa has (or really any of his other very numerous and useful ninpo abilities, for that matter).

If you want to be completely honest, it's shown that in NG3:RE she can use a more weaker version of it than the building buster she used.

I do want to be completely honest, which is why I already addressed that.

Now your fanboyism is just irritating

Ryu can parry but when you compare it to Kasumi who can do it in the air, upside down, in a combo, from behind, in pretty much any situation imaginable, without any sort of prep. He's never shown mastery of that level

Ryu's dragon is impressive but can it wipe out a whole floor? and you say long prep adjusting for the slow motion it took about less than 10 seconds and she didn't just kill the enemies she obliterated the structure she was in

Hayates speed is just better, Ryu requires the TDS to match up with Hayates power blow

Still interested to see which new characters are good vs. bad. P4 will obviously be bad with the whole "I don't want to fight you but I must" thing going on. I feel like Nyogu will not be on anyone's side and just gets a thrill out of teasing humans and being entertained by them. Then there's Marie Rose who I still have no idea which direction TN wants to go with her...

It's really apparent you're not even reading what I write, but I'm just going to post this anyway in case there are bystanders who for some reason are uninformed how canon OP Ryu is and would like the evidence to back it up.

Ryu can parry but when you compare it to Kasumi who can do it in the air,
Ryu can also teleport in the air in the examples I just gave.

upside down,
Ryu can also teleport upside-down. Using the divine flying swallow he enters it through a backflip-launch that puts him upside-down before teleporting.

in a combo,
Which Ryu can also do, yet again, in the examples I just provided. Divine Flying Swallow Izuna aside, he can even do it in DOA, with 3P+K P+K, as well as in many other situations (just look at a lot of the Falcon's Talons combos).

from behind,
Yeah... being backward is just being frontward but facing a different direction. Ryu has been shown to have awareness of his surrounding without his eyes open, and could thus logically teleport away from something coming at him from behind.

in pretty much any situation imaginable, without any sort of prep. He's never shown mastery of that level
Yes, he has. All over the damn place. Like I've been explaining to you but you apparently haven't been reading.

Ryu's dragon is impressive but can it wipe out a whole floor? and you say long prep adjusting for the slow motion it took about less than 10 seconds and she didn't just kill the enemies she obliterated the structure she was in
You obviously did not read the paragraph I just wrote explaining this, so I will re-post it here in case you do decide to read it.

Moving on...

No, he doesn't. The TDS does not "give him speed." And even if it did, just use the triple flying swallow from Ninja Gaiden 2 (lvl 3 DS) of any of the Falcon's Talons techniques that imitate the effect and are equally as fast, if not faster, than Hayate's lulzy PB.

And yet he's never considered worthwhile enough to clone.

Meanwhile, with Kasumi...

Shiden must be so ashamed of his wife and kids.

Honestly I think they just like screwing with him more than anything. Catch him, mock him call him princess and put him in another castle for ryusumi to rescue.

All just to make fun of him by pointing out that they can turn him into a damsel on distress at any time.

Because he's a total bitch.

My thoughts exactly. Princess Hayate must happen!

I think project epsilon was a success actually, well not in the sense of creating the ultimate weapon but as a healing device it did it's job

Lisa is such a liar. Telling everyone it's a failure but it isn't.

I'm seriously done arguing this with you, you don't understand "levels" you never have. you see someone do something similar and assume they can do everything that well. this exactly like when you compared Ryu's bullet blocking to Dante and Virgil's playing with the bullets and said they were exactly the same.

P4 is more Grey, she still follows the orders Donovan gives her, but she feels remorse and is chained to the fate she's in. Yeah, Lady Tengu doesn't really SEEM to be on either side and seems more like Morrigan-esque than being either a good or bad(I can easily see her as a Wild Card sort of character).

MR can easily be a good guy, just more of an asshole towards everyone that isn't Helena kinda like how Ayane once was.

I don't know, it seems like everyone agrees with Brute except for you. That should say something :/

Ryu is canonically the strongest character in the entire franchise hands down I don't know why anyone would deny that fact. He is superior to everyone and everything in every way possible. He's called 'The Ultimate Ninja' for a reason. Remember in DOAD when Hayate thought he beat him and it was just a log? And in DOA5 when Hayabusa whooped his ass and Hayate was panting while Hayabusa stood there like "lmfao sit down weak bitch." Shit, even Ayane whooped his ass in DOA3 for getting in her way even though she really didn't want to. :| If Ayane can beat Hayate there isn't a chance in hell Hayate could even hold a candle to Ryu.
