I think its Marie Rose, with those platforms. I believe you teased a while ago a pic of her headshot as well, so I'm assuming their part of the same outfit? Maybe I'm wrong heheAlmost finished with my submission.Here a little extract:

I thought it was Kokoro's. I wish it would be for Kokoro, because I love the outfits she wears with stockings (she's my favorite).
I did not look at the page so I didn't know until I was told it was Marie.

I felt slightly miffed about that Christie entry since I submitted a Cruella-inspired outfit for her from the first contest (although it looks more like Madonna from her Vogue music video) yet it wasn't perceived that way.

I made a slightly tank themed one as well. I can't draw well at all so I made a 3d one. I don't really have much experience modeling characters so it didn't turn out as well as I hoped. It was fun to build though as it forced me to try and make things I wouldn't normally attempt.

So I had some time to sit down and look at tank Bayman. really impressed by the level of detail but into it , something mine badly lacked. I like that he included the insignia from the MMA shorts, I wouldn't mind if that became Bayman's symbol like how Hayate has the owl.
I know it's not very Halloweenish, but if he doesn't get a badass demon costume I'm voting for it
