the sites i frequent are pretty much anything goes. even without that DOA Deviantart is filled with various fetishes. im just glad they drew it this time, still ugly but the 3D stuff is worse.

Do you think a Halloween costume would be released for each character from the contest? That would be quite a stretch though for TN, wouldn't it?
I actually think that the next Halloween costume pack will most likely include a costume for every character.
However, I'm not sure if every character will get a fan-made costume, or if only a few charatcers with very popular/creative fan submissions will get fan-made costumes and the rest will get TN-designed ones.
I'm betting on a September release. Then we'll have the second Halloween set the following month, which would possibly contain her first DLC outfit, outside of her debut set.

Hmm your reasoning is sound. I truly hope mine makes the cut, although honestly the other Momiji entry is far more Halloween-ish than mine T_T (I do think its cool though lol). Maybe the Gen Fu pig will become reality because we haven't seen other Gen Fu designs as of yet XD.
It would be really cool if TN released themed packs in the future to accommodate for the many awesome designs which may not make the cut for Halloween e.g. fantasy pack (my phoenix and others), occupation pack (superhero Tina etc.) - not saying these won't make the cut lol, just examples.
Well, the official rules on TN's last costume contest were that it was not necessarily all of the winners or only the winners that would be made into in-game costumes. They have the right to make any submission into an in-game costume at any point they choose. I imagine that if they like a fan-made costume but don't want to include it in the Halloween pack for any number of reasons, they could easily release it in a costume pack before or after the Halloween one.
Honestly, i think it's possible we may see a few of the designs from the first fan contest that are actually pushed back and made in the Halloween one. But that is all just speculation.

They have already confirmed more times that the outfits of the previous contest will come as DLC soon (of course meaning DoA5U)
