While I wouldn't get your hopes up ridiculously high, I do think you're underestimating the time it would likely take to get all of that to the full implementation stage. Especially if they are doing several characters from the contest entries and want to release them simultaneously.

Hmmmm... but Phase 4 is an evolution of Kasumi's Alphas (152 and the others) ? So even though they get rid of 152 in DOA6 because she's "dead", Phase 4 could (wait SHOULD) inherit some of her moves.

or they can leave P-4 like she is now, and add Alpha-152 as a guest like Tengu in the previous DoA XD

Hmmm... I don't know... Phase 4 is nice, but she still doesn't stand as her own character in my opinion.
She could be an amazing boss babe, instead of just an smoky alternative of Kasumi. Well technically she would still be a clone of Kasumi... I'd like her to have an unique badass haircut. Any idea ?
All hair on the left, shaved on the right ? Do you like it ? I'm expecting a lot of "no".

Gives a rebellious look, something that is not fitting for Kasumi or Kasumi's clones in my opinion. But I give a yes for some new character.

yeah, she is...but try to think of her in NG3RE, when she's killing enemy by beheading them or ripping them apart....doesn't fit her that well right? XD
there's a difference between rebelling against your parents and rebelling against your destiny to kill on demand. and only one of those requires you to get a ridiculous haircut.

I know, but oddly it wont look good on her or any of the clones, I don't know why. I don't see it on her, it gives her an evil character vibe and phase-4 isn't exactly evil (even though I can't say the same for Aquafresh-152 or Kasumi-a)

I actually prefer the 2/Dimensions Alpha over Phase 4 (personality-wise). She was messed up like any proper villain should be (from calling Donovan "daddy" to taunting Kasumi at the beginning of matches by saying "Hayate is all mine").
This new angsty clone isn't cutting it for me... :/

I like DOAD's Alpha as well, she was a cutie. Like a creepy doll.
The DOA5U version is pretty limited because she's just using Kasumi's cut quotes/recordings. But I'm sure they will give her more personality in next installments.
Speaking of Donovan, it's time for him to either die or be playable.
Slapped by Helena ("you ruined my family"), stunned by Kasumi and Hayate ("you mad scientist"), hit by Bayman ("traitor..", and finished by... Ryu ("yaaaaaaaaaaa, here to save the day as usual!")
And brought back to life foverer by Lisa ("woopsie, sorry I didn't mean to :s ")
Then Rig becomes the true villain.

Isn't Phase-4 supposed to be the prototype of Alpha-152? Despite Alpha basically getting P4's moveset at the end of the game, humanoid P4 is obviously a separate individual who just kinda vanished after wiping the floor with Bayman early on.
