Thinking about the voice, I'm thinking it while it's not any of the females I stated before...
It definitely isn't Laura Bailey(because you can kinda tell), Stephanie Sheh is a maybe(because her voice range is pretty surprising) same with Jessica Strauss or she could actually be a complete newcomer or not as known VA who has a similar voice range(like Micah Soulsod and Johnny Yong Bosch)

The only reason they SEEM to is the fact that they over-inflate with the emotional aspect of their range, making it seem like they are sounding normal to us, but to the Japanese, it comes off listening to something in the theatre operas. But that's your opinion, not a fact...

Oho~ back to the language wars again.
In any case both languages has their ups and downs in this game over their counter-parts. I vastly prefer English Rig while I also prefer Japanese Hitomi for example.
Tekken handled it best since the language is determined by the character nationalities so fans don't have to deal with petty arguments such as this.

The Japanese voices don't sound over-inflated at all. In fact, I find them too muted and flat. Back in the old DOA games everyone sounded so vibrant and full of energy. Now they sound old and apathetic. Damn shame.

When it comes to Japanese games, anime, and the like, yes. English-speaking voice actors are pretty amazing at non-foreign stuff though.
Just look at various non-Japanese AAA titles. Anything from BioWare is a good example of amazing voice acting.
