I heard that Chain Grabbing was removed in Smash 4.
So does that mean they can finally unban walk offs?
I know they won't, but that was, as far as I know, the only legit reason they had to ban walk off levels.
Walk-off stages were banned for numerous reasons, as far as I know. Chain grabbing was one of the reasons, but there's also the fact that they essentially change a big portion of the game, in that there's no edge, and therefore no edge-related tactics. It also becomes possible to lose your character and not know how far you are from the blastzone.
Also, characters with powerful throws, or with attacks that have powerful knockback can also KO ridiculously easily.
Walk-off stages just aren't deemed suitable for competitive play.
"Conditioning" for the love of all that is holy.
Also, Reincarnate.
Conditioning and Reincarnate have been added to DOA3's list. Hopefully they sound alright for you.

GimR and PB&J were playing the Japanese Smash 3DS demo, and they found something. It's called Rush Cancelling.
What is Rush Cancelling, you ask? Well... it's this:
Also, look at the damage on Villager's Bowling Ball:
That's some funky fresh tech, there.
