Why does the new team ninja hate good aesthetics/visuals so much?!

Well actually I like Nyo's hair color. XD But I also liked your submission with the blue hair as well. To be honest I'd be very surprised if they change any character's hair color. Eliot had a single black streak in his hair for @Tyaren 's submission and even with it being 1st place and TN copying the outfit design to a tee they still left the hair unaltered.

TN has always been weird about that and I'm not sure why. But they've done it in the past and should still give more characters different colors (when it fits of course):

By the way, I'm very, very glad, that they gave Eliot his new hair style in Ultimate. I always hatet the ugly, low resolution default cone head, they gave him in DOA5. I'm also glad, they apparently made his second hairstyle the default for Punk Rock Eliot (even if it's without the streak).

I like the girls but none of they guys hairstyle suggestions fit them. Just seems like random teen styles slapped on em. Especially awkward on bayman.

I think they might retexture the hair and possibly add more polygons to some. I'm hoping they make Kasumi's down hair thicker and longer.

I'm cool with 2-3 hairstyles for each character, but I feel like too many hairstyles detracts from the overall feel of the character.

Too be honest, I've seen a lot of hairstyles pop up in the trailers, and I will still always pick the default 9/10. Wasted development in my opinion. Tina's pig-tails look soo... off to me.

Unfortunately Kasumi and kokoro's hairstyles weren't implemented in the TGS build for some reason..

The original hairstyle will always be the best.
Kasumi does not look as unique & Original if someone changes her bangs.

It honestly depends for me, if I choose Ayane I always go for no headband, Hitomi ponytail etc.

But I still like to use default hair because that's what the character is known for... Although, I will admit I vastly prefer loose hair Kasumi xD

Because curly hair would be a nightmare to model and animate lol. Only way to really make it work is if its just flat anyway like Patroklos or big solid curls like Amy. Buncha little strands would cause so many issues lol

You have killed me with your amazing-ness. I see wavy wild hair ( 2nd on the bottom )... I like it! xD and the end of the top row... this needs to happen. DOA needs to hire this guy/girl.
