Off-topic: It's pretty obvious that Kasumi costume will make it into the game since it won by number of likes (3rd position) and got a TN prize as well. TN was really impressed by that outfit and they said clearly we want that costume in the game someday.
Personally, I think is a good design, one of my favourites I must say. But I agree, it doesn't fit Kasumi because it's too revealing. But hey, Kasumi has several swimsuits, she is always showing her underwear in her regular costumes and she has a playboy bunny "costume"... At least this one looks more ninja.
And I think that when people see it in a video, everybody will love it. I'm sure Kasumi will look elegant and beautiful. Skimpy, but elegant and beautiful at same time.

On- topic: How long do we have to wait to know how many costumes of contest we will have and which ones? This wait is killing me T_T

Wow, that would be very late, don't you think? Although I also think, that Team Ninja would have to create the costumes (if they recreate some from the contest) quite fast for this Halloween. I'd really love to know, how long it takes for one costume to be realized.
A few days ago TN claimed on Facebook, that there will be new male costumes soon...I can only imagine them being part of the Halloween DLC. So, fan created or not, I think, we will indeed get new Halloween stuff.

Well think about it.

The first contests costumes won't be in game for a full year after the contest. Why would the second contest be any different?
