She was obviously referring to her temperature with that line. I think it's supposed to be humorous word play that is just so uninspired it's not recognized as the joke it was intended to be by a portion of the audience.

The double meaning is probably intentional. The Japanese line literally translates to "What is this ... It's hot ..."

Thought so. That line sounds so much better to me and makes it more obvious that she's commenting on her powers, not her looks. I see what they were going for, but that really doesn't come through well with the English line.

I don't think it's as bad as "aaaaah why am I so hot", and that にゃー！うぐぅ during the EN trailer's bearhug was so legit I thought it was the JP voice.

Everything about her debut trailer has h-game written all over it. Seriously. I'm not exaggerating. Soundtrack, character, voice acting... the end feels like a trailer for Sexy Beach 5: Last Round. Which is not a good thing.
