Darn, we will probrably have to wait until after those meh ninja costumes before the SK pack comes out (I think).

The "Ninja Clans" pack volume 2 is planned for the first half of March, in the second half it will be released the Senran Kagura pack and in the first half of April the "Ninja Clans" pack volume 3.

Im not that interested in the next Ninja pack, as I just didn't like the first, but Im wondering now if some of the costumes will be the DOA characters 'IN' the SK characters outfits, or the DOA characters 'cosplaying' as them, if you get what I am saying.

It's much more hard to think about the future of the ninja outfits, especially because apparently only the male characters will get variations from NG3 RE "Shadow of the world" mode. By the way for who interested, in this video should be possible to see all the colors, armors and handgears (but not the weapons as stated in the title) that TN could decide to use for the characters in DOA (there is even a second part about the 2300+ Kanji on the back, but I think that it's useless to post them):

I'm not really sure what you mean. Either way, they're wearing the same outfit, are they not?

Sorry, let me explain better;
Will their costumes have strong elements of the SK series, like the way Kasumi is wearing the costume (with a few little imperfections such as her arm guards) but her hair is untouched, like she is dressed up as Asuka? Or where as Marie Rose has the other character's (Mirai, i think) trademake look down to her hair, and the details on her shoes. Like she is not so much as dressed as Mirai but "is" Mirai.

Like for example, if someone gets *picking a character off a list*... Seimei! Will they put her HUGE missile launcher on the DOA character's back, and change her hair to pastel blue, or just use her costume and forget the big elements that make Seimei SEIMEI?

I also noticed that not only does Kasumi have Asuka's Dual Wakizashi, Marie Rose also has Mirai's Gunbrella next to her hip.

Guess this means all the girls who get certain SK girls costumes will also get their weapons along with them.

Well, the period of delivery is not mentioned, we just know that both ninja clan pack 2 and SK will be out in march (that is if didn't overlooked any information).
They could pretty much be out at the same time, anytime in march. Seeing that pics of SK are already being diffused, the pack must be ready to hit the store. I wouldn't be surprised if it's next week, and same for ninja clan 2 (I wouldn't bet my hand on it thought, it's very unlikely, but still possible)

I can't really see it. I still see Rachel getting Shiki

Rachel has more of that femme fatale/dominatrix thing going on, so Shiki's outfit work work perfectly on her

While I'm sure she won't get it, I feel like the more masculine Daidouji getup would look better on Mila. Hell that's why I tried submitting a bancho (that kind of look) outfit for her last Halloween.

Also Id guess Nyo would get the girl with the demon mask.

But either way, Burst (the updated and final version of the first game) features all the characters in the above picture, plus Daidoji and Rin if I'm not mistaken.

I also recommend you take a look at Shinovi Versus which has the 20 girls. The game is really fun and the story is great, also there are a lot of likeable characters in that series too.

Yeah I could see Phase 4 getting Homura's outfit, but it would be her newest one though

I do think its the guessing game thats making it interesting! We only ever had this with nintendo franchises before, and that always boring!

Or Soul Caliburs 'guest' characters. But seen as how I don't know this characters and have only been introduced to them in the last 24 hours, it has peeked my interest.

Thats why I wanted to know the start of the series so I could make an accurate guesstimation.
