Johnny is one of my favourite characters and he looks awesome but I can't help getting the feeling that he (and sonya) shouldn't have been included. I thought that the point of Cassie was to blend together Johnny and Sonya's styles, thereby freeing up 2 character slots. As much as I'm hyped for Johnny, I just can't stop thinking that Cassie has made her parents a little redundant.

To be honest this is pretty ridiculous. Sonya looks a lot more professional now.

Nah, what I did find ridiculous though was MK9's damage model. Definitely over the top and a bit gross... But yeah different people are offended by different things, what else is new. Has NRS mentioned MKX's damage model btw? Is it gone, modified, optional, etc

I think it might have been removed because I haven't saw any cuts or skin hanging off excluding fatalities.

Some of it was stupid, like how gashes would sever the panty straps yet the panties would still miraculously still cling on there.
Not saying i wanted the nudity, but they shouldn't have had the wounds go across the actually straps that hold the clothes together.
I think what they could/should do instead of having pre defined wounds, is have an actual regeneration system like Splatter house and Wolverine Origins before it.
Though that still raises the clothing damage issue

Awesome anouther lame horror villian, at least this one isn't a child molestor I suppose. I found it hilarious when that new Freddy movie lampshaded that and all the fans got super uncomfortable

I remember back when Freddy was announced and I was so angry because I'd bought the season pass and was so sure the last character was going to be Tanya.
I'm not really surprised by Jason because It had been rumored for so long.
Rather get Spawn, but Predator is cool too.
