Command training question

Is anyone aware of a site that tells how to change stances/positions for each character? There's numerous characters that I am unable to complete command line training because it gets to the point where I have to do a move with my back toward the dummy and I cannot figure out how to do that. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

Most of the stance based moves ask you to do a move to go into that stance before doing each of those stance's moves.

You're right, I believe most stances tell how to do it, it's the ones where you have to have your back to the opponent it doesn't provide instructions for. Phase 4 for instance, I can't figure out how to turn her around for the life of me.
