....right, I was about to say something.
Um...something about how I don't care about realism but....uh...I feel that would be lying, now.

Soul Calibur 4 was already a stunner and that game was released 2008, one year before Tekken 6 vanilla version. Soul Calibur 6, if it ever is announced, will probably be the prettiest 3D fighter for a long time.![]()
See that's what I mean. Realistic doesn't impress me anymore. Realistic is just a given now. Yeah its impressive on a technical level, but not visually, for me.
Oddly, for me it is. I also love to stroll around in The Vanishing of Ethan Carter or Skyrim...even though I could just get out and be in a real forest or see real castles and medieval villages...

But in-game it would be even more incredible, I don't know. XD
Wow that looks beautiful. The grass is actually green and there isn't broken bottles lining the roads.
I'am just comparing it to Glasgow.Lol, wut? Why would there? XD
I'am just comparing it to Glasgow.
A Dirty bomb could go off in Glasgow and no one would notice. But for the sake of getting back to the topic if what you were saying is that some times photo realism can look better than the real thing then I would agree.Glasgow is just a little bit bigger than my city (100k) and these little town/villages (1-2k).Also, we are German, everything has to be squeaky clean and in order or we get anxiety. We also call the police, if the neighbor's cat dumps on our beautifully green lawn.

I got so exited, when I saw the large medieval city of the Witcher III:

I really don't like the guys, as a group. They come across like a boy band. Past ffs had characters more varied.Interesting presentation (first ten minutes) of Final Fantasy XV's tech and art design from Gamescom. Unfortunately everything is in German and the spoken Japanese is also only subtitled in German. Still here a link:
Luuuv the concept art, wish I could paint like that. :/
The lighting in the game was too claustrophobic for me...I would get headaches from playing DOA2 first and then playing DOA5LR after that.I played DOA2H earlier and I'm not surprise Itagaki ditched PS2 after how it turned out looking. Curious what they could have done with it if it was made later in the PS2's lifespan and they didn't fuck up the whole game with bad lighting.
You should seriously play Ultimate, the game is so pretty and it's like a DOA2 version of DOA4, and there's so many outfits to unlock. The stages also feel..should I say more lively? They don't feel as bare and desolate as DOA2, which is comforting. I know of a website that I got my copy from that only cost like $3-4.The stages were also meh for me but the bad lighting and its effects on the colors are probably part of that. Like demon church's colors were absolutely horrible tbh my eyes hurt. I feel obligated to say I liked aerial gardens because everyone else does but this sunset version was eh. I liked the night version though. Koku An is my favorite I think with the sleek clean inside and the outside garden with that bright pop of red from the tree leaves against the white walls. I've never played ultimate but from what I've seen I love the snowy version too.
