You will be in for a treat. Already the limited fauna in the Duscae demo is very impressive. The way the animals are made and animated is so astonishing. You probably already know of this, but some in here might not (since I usually shared stuff like this only in the graphics thread):

I love that trailer! It really is like a nature documentary from a different world or something. XV will probably be the first game were I'm more interested in the countryside than the cities. ( gta V was close but the lack of things to do/see spoiled it. )

Let's hope the final product will live up to this. As much as I'm hyped for this game...I've lost trust in developer's grandiose promises that they more than often don't deliver in the end. :/

I'm just waiting to see what happens at the uncovered event. I hope they show more than that last stream. This is a large event though so its sure to have a lot revealed. Including World of final fantasy hopefully!

Also I managed to get the Magus sisters and Yuna's fully upgraded celestial weapon!

so im excited since i recently learned that FF14 is on the table to get the VR treatment. sony is going to have a panel on VR today so hopefully something will be mentioned. that and Tekken are my big VR sellers right now.

Nice, with that weapon now Valefor can do over 9999 damage. Don't know if you know already, but using the crests for a character's celestial weapon breaks the damage limit for a specific Aeon. (Wakka > Ifrit, Lulu > Shiva, Auron > Yojimbo, Kimahri > Ixion)

Yeah the Chocobo's look a lot more wild and real than the well kept cutesy ones of the past. It makes me wonder how they'll translate the other creatures into the realistic art style. ( thinking of tonberrys )

I had to return to three trials to get destruction spheres but for some reason I only had to fight Yalefor! Obviously that's a major blessing though because even that was ridiculously strong. I'd missed Besaid,Kilika and Zanarkand's spheres.

One of the celestial weapon 'keys' is in the Yunalesca chamber in Zanarkand. Unless you picked it up already, so is Dark Bahamut. Good luck.

Omg that thing is so cute! I wonder if its Carbuncle or something though I think it would be a little more green then!

I think the way you wrote it was misleading. You wrote "old Prompto vs new Prompto" with an image of the new Prompto on the left and the old one on the right.

Edit- also Noctis looks odd there like bigger and and more masculine than he should be. I get he's closer to the foreground than the other characters but it ends up looking wrong

which isnt portrayed in that poster so i dont know what you're talking about.

Its strange I zoomed into Prompto in that poster and his appearance seems like a sort of middle ground between is two other appearances. He seems more mature in the picture than is bishonen look but more attractive thsan his demo look. It is very dark lighting though so it could easily be that.

That's very likely it. The higher contrast is probably also why @Chapstick thinks Noctis looks more mature.
