lol exactly I don't think people remember gameplay from the DW and SW games.

Even though this doesn't look great it's still one of those games I'll definitely get. I take hack n slash anyway i can get it. XD

Not to be the ever-present contrarian, but I'm kinda noticing the opposite. Compared to the average Warriors game, the graphics and motion look far more appealing here than they usually do. Maybe I'm just biased in appreciating the relatively limited flash effects from Kasumi's attacks not obfuscating everything, but I can tell what's going on in all these clips, which is very rare for a Warriors game and most welcome.

So call me crazy, but I think some of you are mentally comparing the Kasumi footage to a Tecmo/Team Ninja game rather than a Koei game. And by that standard sure, it's sub-par. But compared to a Koei game? Doesn't look too bad, IMO.

Eh. I still play DW8XL, Pirate Warriors, and Hyrule Warriors. Granted the latter two are way more polished than a regular Warriors game but still, it's recent experience with the series, and THIS game looks....bad, by comparison.

Were you expecting to be some god level graphical game? - even I'm not that hopeful but come now, it's not a way to sham on the game when the past versions have similar issues that still haven't really changed, it's not a bad thing either.

Just looked up two DW8XL videos on Youtube. What I saw were low textures, shitty animations, perfunctory gameplay and distracting sweep effects.

Y'all are just looking to complain. There's nothing objectively worse here than in any other Warriors game.

not graphics, (at least that's not MY gripe) but how....stiff and clunky and slow the game looks. Musou games are usually pretty fast paced, so its jarrring to see one be...not.

My dudes Yukimura Sanada and Zhao Yun lookin dope as ever. I hope there's going to be some awesome remixes here too. WO3U remixed Hayabusa, Ayane, Momiji, Rachel and Kasumi's themes and those were fantastic.

They are the same in that they both use spears and have always been the poster boys of the SW/DW games. As for why they didn't get revealed earlier, its probably because everyone knew they were going to be in it. Of course they want to surprise people first with some of the new characters.

I find a reason to get a copy.... but I just looked at the part that Millie using bolder trap, still it's look really weird to me when she released JUST one bolder? like...even pumpkin heads or spring boards could have more than single trap, but not bolder for real?

Marie Rose looks like fun! The girl after her I know Ayane cosplays as her in the Gust pack, she definitely looks awesome! I was kind of concerned of how Marie Rose and her partner honoka would be implemented but it's not bad.

That makes me even happier! And Brad will die when he sees that his girl Laegrinna is in! XD And that cat is random but adorable!! The topknot on its head literally has me done! xD
