lol ya it does kind of look like Rig.
What a pleasant surprise, I just started playing LR again! This is exactly how I wanted doa5 to look; blood bruises and beauty. It warms my heart they are not letting this game die.
I hope they have a community challenge again like create a move/character/costume upon release.

So who do people think could be revealed on Monday If there is more character reveals? I'm imagining Ayane, Hitomi, Marie and Christie etc, Obviously, I'm hoping a lot for Lisa to be revealed soon but who knows. Also the characters expressions are so good!
I'm thinking most popular first, so Marie Rose and Honoka once they figure out a way to tone down their designs, Eliot(If he is shown I'll satisfied
) and maybe a new character or something. Hopefully Phase 4 will be shown too but I think this is her actually:

This is DEADLY. Hope This isnt a pre-rendered animation, and it looks like this in-game, unlike that amazing Demo of the UFC games realistic impact effect at the PS4 launch, that looked like crap in the end.
I missed that.... Seriously! I was hoping we woundn't have to deal with her again (sorry, I know some guys like her, I never have) but if she is in the trailer (I still cant see her) can you link an image!

The new mechanics don't sound great but as long as they don't interfere with DOA's base mechanics im not too worried and if it does im confident they'll tone it down.

Awesome news.
I'm little disappointed in the meter management stuff, but I dealt with it in SC5, Tekken 7 to a limited extent, and I'll be dealing with it in SC6 so I'm not going to let it bother me too much here.
As far as the toned down fanservice goes, I don't really mind as long as the costumes look cool. I was never a big fan of bikinis and underwear as fighting gear in the first place. I just hope the the girls don't start wearing granny panties or spats under their dresses like some of the SF5 costumes have as I find those look terrible.
Overall I'm pretty hyped as there are just not enough good 3D fighters out there. After playing Tekken 7 for a while, though I love that game, stages just feel so sterile and unexciting compared to the ones in DOA so I'll be happy to get those back. It may be a longshot but I'm crossing my fingers in the hopes that Momiji returns as her playstyle in DOA 5 really clicked with me.

I like Hayabusa's new victory pose.
Not liking how that new attack string (the one that seems to lead into 4P+K) makes his hands glow. In general it looks like they're visually taking some cues from Tekken, which I hope is not the case and simply this one trailer giving me a false impression.
