Apparently it's a 30% chance of getting it. I went through Legend 3 times and still don't have it.

I have a question for those who have the game.
Is it still possible to perform counter throw attacks against a jumping punch or jumping kick?
I was watching Jann Lee's command training video & noticed these moves weren't in his command list.
Does this apply to the other fighters as well?

A day late and a dollar short, friend. And to answer your question, I wanted to know how to unlock Alpha-152 like everyone else did at the time.
Funny you point out my post when the things I didn't want to be spoiled by were story elements which have nothing to do with unlocking in any shape form or fashion. Gold star for you.
Do anyone know how to specifically unlock costumes for each character? I went though arcade mode and noticed you don't get a costume on every difficulty with some characters and time attack didn't seem to give me any, either. I rather just know how to go for them specifically instead of trying to guess.

You can't play the same difficulty with the same costumes. So you can play rookie and unlock a costume but you can't do it again. You'll have to switch to rookie on another mode or try another difficulty.
I know. I've beaten arcade mode on all difficulties, but only like 2 gave me a costume. When I played time attack I didn't get anything. Do you just get costumes by beating story mode, and I'm guessing a couple of difficulties in arcade mode?(not counting the special swim suits).
