I feel like TN just can't do anything right, Eliot should be showing skin, Bass shouldn't... Yet he has a wrestling outfit that is shirtless.

Haha Team ninjas plan was to over price costumes so once they sell something at a relatively good price we think damn thats cheap. If you wanna see cheap. Tecmo Koei released over 48 costumes for Dynasty warriors 7 for 1 dollar, they were ports but even the new costumes were cheap. About 5 dollars for 16 original unique costumes.

True. I'm just willing to support a good game is all, but at a reasonable price. I'm still not laying a finger on the other costumes since they don't have nearly enough bang for my buck. To this day, the free pack is still the best of them all XD

Yup. Just got the download going and about to try them out right now. You can get to them from the actual PSN store instead of going through the in-game main menu.

On another note, Eliot's costume is awesome. Probably because I laughed at how his name is plastered on his butt :V
