I don't know if TN is trying to attract VF players, but considered the strong similarities between the two series, actually is a logical and smart move indipendently by personal likes/dislikes (the only weak point is that VF is not so popular in the Western area).

My only complaint is that I would prefer to see this in a real crossover rather than in a title of the DoA series (but maybe the chances for a real crossover are not so high).

Perhaps Sega is allowing TN to use its chars in order to increase VF popularity in western area...

I will continue to ask for Team Ninja to add characters from Doa Dimensions and Ninja Gaiden, at least Raidou, Tengu, Genra, Rachel and Irene: but I don't want to seem ungrateful, until now TN is doing a really great job! We should be happy that they are putting a real care in the game and I'm sure that also the hardcore side will receive good surprises about the gameplay.
