The freezes were due to bad code on LIKELY rushed builds, which should certainly be cleaned up by the time the final builds are released.

Why are people acting like this is some kind of "PS4 problem"? For one thing, seeing freezes just shows that there was live code actually running on something, and what was being shown wasn't just a video of "target footage".

Nope what it was there servers are shit. Absolute shit.

Maybe... Glitches are to be expected in rushed builds. Freezing.. Possibly? But not on two games by two different developers using two different engines showing the same issue is. That is simply... Concerning. I do hope it's a simple lack of software optimization.

Another thing... When MS revealed XBO, everyone was making fun of it being a black box. Sony reveals a black box, no one cares. Always funny to see these things.

People expect the PS4 to beat the XBO. But, I'm not so sure. Why? Because the Xbox always has had the worst image on the internet, and they still manage to be successful. RROD, paying for XBL, proprietary non-swapable hard drives, multiple discs, Kinect... It's always MS that suffers the worst of it. And yet, they're still in the business.

That doesn't apply anymore though. They clearly lost this time around. They are successful every where but JP. That's not gonna be the case anymore. That would actually mean something if XBO didn't have any kind of restrictions. Just wait when the new gen comes around Sony will be top again every where.

Why not? The trend of bad news for the Xbox keeps coming just like always xD They received the same static when charging for online. Maybe it is different this time around, but, look at the XBO pre-orders...

Don't forget there were "problems" on the X1 side as well, so it's wasn't something "just" seen on PS4 demos.

AC isn't known for running well on any platform, no reason for them to start now.

Those are pre-orders I don't believe it will last though. The Wii out sold both 360 & PS3 this gen when the consoles launched. XBO may have a lot of pre-orders it won't last. People will realize all the restrictions and see its not worth it. Later down the line that is.

Sony fanboyism on the internet. What else is new.

I'm a fanboy of no company. I simply go towards who offers me the best experience. Currently I favor my 360 over my ps3. I literally only own like 4 ps3 games atm compared to the 80+ 360 games on my shelf atm. As of right now PS4 is more appealing to me over the draconian drm and simply poor treatment of the xbone. There is no fanboyism, simply leaning toward the company that will treat me as a customer better and PS4 does just that.

I have an Xbox 360 and I was rooting for the Xbox one. It is nice to see a "western" console leading the market atari 2600 style.

But ps4's lower price point means I'll buy Sony's console. I'll wait a year or two until it goes down a little though.

Neither system interests me honestly. For the xbo I don't care about the drm shit, I just am not interested on the exclusive games. Ps4 I really could careless about the features and already have +, and again Not interested in the exclusive games. Mirror's Edge is on PC, BF4 is on PC. And I would normally be sold on KH3 but I honestly have lost faith in Square Enix and that development team over the past eight years. All other games are meh to me.

Like the PS3, i will wait for a price drop until the exclusives list starts to fatten up abit more. Both look good but I am quite happy to continue playing my PS3 & enjoying some of the great games that have released for it recently; The Last of Us
