There were bondage costumes in Fatal frame 2 after completing nightmare mode so this doesn't really surprise me Though I'm betting this game will never make it to the west.
Fatal Frame has had unlockable sexy outfits for ages. In this video, it looks like someone set it up and edited so that it looks like a gravure shoot. While I haven't played 5 yet, I sincerely doubt there's anything erotic in the vanilla game.
