    That will definitely help a lot Brute. Can you counter during combos?

    Almost always. Certain things will limit your opponent's ability to throw out holds.
    1) If they're in the air.
    2) If they're put in special staggers like "sit-down stuns" (indicated by them falling on their butt and stumbling back up).
    3) If they're in a critical stun, induced via a Critical Burst.

    4) If you're using a "natural combo." Ex: Most characters "PP" is a natural combo, meaning if the first strike hits, the second one cannot be held. Note that distinguishing natural combos from regular ones can be very difficult. Assume most combos are not natural combos.
