I think it is without continues to get the Christie/Tina outfit. I just did 3 time attacks with continues and got nothing. On my 4th try i had no continues and got Christie's outfit.

Im having similar problems too. I go to simple or rank matches and it says there are no opponents available. That can't be right. I go to lobbies and attempt to join. It says unable to find lobby or sometimes opponent. This started happening after a few matches online yesterday and today.

I imagine it would be available on PSN around 2-5 PM. I will have gotten my copy by then. If it was available for download at midnight then I might be tempted to DL it instead, since I gameshare with my brothers.
