System Neutral throw breaks

I've seen a lot of people new to DOA ask what the throw break input window is. In DOA3 you have a 16 frame window to input a neutral throw break, and I'm assuming it has remained the same for future games.

Little bit of trivia (if you can even call it that), most throw break animations will happen on the 17th frame of the throw animation, but because each break animation is unique, some of them start a little later. This is most noticable on Ayane (frame 26), Bass (frame 25), Gen Fu (frame 28), Leifang (frame 23), Tina (frame 25) and Zack (frame 28).

Leon -7
Gen Fu -7
Christie -10
Helena -10
Jann Lee -7
Ein -10
Kasumi -10
Hitomi -10
Leifang -0
Hayate -5
Ryu -5
Bayman -10
Brad Wong -5*
Tengu -10
Tina -10
Zack -7

*These numbers are taken from DOA4. Brad Wong got a new neutral throw in DOA4, so it is possible that his throw break in DOA4 also differs from the one in DOA3.

Sarah, Jacky, and Honoka being neutral after their throws are broken is funny considering they have some of the best neutral buttons in DoA5. Nyotengu's only really threat is p+k
