You can surpass health limits and still take huge amounts of damage for reasons already mentioned. I already NG+ Dark Souls III like twice already so I legit got bored with it.
If it isn't difficult then why exactly haven't you finished NiOh? if so finish it, but then it would be difficult to take your posts serious if you download trainers.
That depends. You made pages talking about Dark Souls in some SK thread. I can understand that there are things not to one's liking. Sometimes I complain about things that shouldn't have been in DOA, but alas, it's in there and we managed to confront it, dealt with it, and used it as our own.
I can take a post serious if one is more keen to just accept how it is despite the outcome that didn't go in your favor. Not everything to a degree if it comes to a serious issue where it becomes a legitimate problem for your gaming experience, but some posts you make made it sound like it's an extreme issue and that it has to cater to you somehow. Almost nitpicking to the smallest things.
So when I say something bad about a game that doesn't let you pause for any reason whatsoever under any circumstances... then its not because (just) because the game doesn't cater to me... its because this would be a genuine problem for someone other than me.
LoL... and you can't take me seriously ? You think those fan boys yelling "Git Gud." Are more reliable ?
From prevents you from being OP in dark souls? LMAO i can kill 50% of the bosses in that game in like 5 hits. HP isn’t really that necessary because certain builds do more damage with less HP.
to address the issue of practicality, it's not practical to play the game where you don't upgrade anything, but it's not really about being practical, it's about challenging myself. which can be said about any game i play on a harder difficulty or with a self imposed limitation, and that's kinda where im at with Dark Souls
truth be told, i've played so much dark souls i've reached the point where im like "man, i really love this game, but i know everything about it and there's nothing left to scare or surprise me and i'm kinda just going through the motions", that's why I do SL1 runs, it forces me to deal with a familiar situation but with a different set of tools and limited resources so it makes the experience fresh again
@Camel with 2 thumbs
I don't think any semblance of challenge can be salvaged from that game. whatever self imposed challenge you place on yourself. all it really proves is you've got alot of Free Time, because really thats all it takes to do a naked play through or no co-op challenge or only use a bow challenge.
Anybody can do most of these things, they don't though and its not because it would be too Challenging.
@Crazy_Chin_Guy
Yes they prevent you from being OP... Drop Rates for useful resources are lower, levelling up requires more Souls each time, You can't Stack Rings of the same type. Those are a few methods From Uses to stop you from Dominating Everything.
Again you're just proving my point. The game is a time sink. If anything playing the game longer just rotts your brain even further to the point where you actually believe that unlocking an illusory wall in Annor Londo by wearing a Ring you picked up in The catacombs, makes sense despite their being no connection between the two.
My Advice... play something else and get your sanity back.
Thats what I'm doing... I'm playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate so I can remember what decent design looks like... I need to remember what its like to have a game respect the fact that I might have other things to do...
Yes... Assassin's Creed... the series everybody looks down on.
