Free Step Dodge

looks like it, no more double sidsteps or empty sidestep, now it's just an evasive attack ala hayate 8P+k p, cept it's one command now. pretty sure you can still step in the foreground/background but as for command sidestep, that's gone

Does it cost meter or free to do? Wonder what the idea was behind that..? Its okay I suppose but sort of limits options

sidestep attacks do not cost meter, and so far they're the same across the cast, a evasive punch that sends you flying fullscreen. it does limit options out of sidestep, but i aint gonna lie, I like this change
