If there's one thing i want fighting games to copy, it's the support SFV got.
And yes, i would prefer new characters over guests, only exception being Shermie from KoF.
Oh yea sure. But SF is still going strong, MK and Injustice are only around for 2 years because they wont get any support later on. Team Ninja should keep going for as long as possible. Hell, put in the VV girls if thats what i takes to get DOA6 to be around for a long time. Not just costume DLC please!
If they aim for evo and are successful i wouldn't mind seasons with new stages costumes and characters related to doa for each year. I'd prefer this over LR/ultimate but the price needs to be right.Capcom is heavily milking SFV though. It could be a good way to refresh your game every year, but it needs to be done correctly.More like a real add on right after each evo, relaunching the hype.
@VAND1TA I still hate him, i just consider him the ugly little brother, but he's a member of the family so... XD I like the idea it's just poorly executed atm...Compare his animation to Rig or Mila...that's how i feel.He doesn't scream doa to me he's too serious and generic.Just... A little bit boring :)
I want more genuine new characters tbh, a guest or 3 is cool but it'll become a problem if there's alot of them in one game. Tekken did that and that sort of turns me off
@KasumiLover That's pretty much what i think. It's an overused meme to me.With SFV it's a hit or miss but at least it's brand new characters added to the lore.I'd prefer none tbh.I never use them anyway. If they introduced a Tekken character I'll be pissed.
DOA6 will be supported for years. That's what will give it a leg-up on other games such a SCVI, where Namco could drop support after a year or less, or whenever they feel like releasing a new Tekken.
Although SFV was "supported well", the game's initial state was an abomination that had no right being on store shelves, so it damn better get well supported.
