Isn't "Pick A Top Tier!" how to play all fighting games?

I mean yeah they nerfed her, but she's still a problem, instead of making her her a "i touch you once you die" character, now she's a "I touch you once, and I make you guess wrong 3 times and you die" chatacter, which is still better than 99% of the roster lol

I'm just getting it for Snake. I'm hyped he got brought back.
