Tina I feel should be especially buff since she’s a big powerhouse. Also Hitomi needs some love- karate training is especially physical. In general I think for competitive fighters, the DOA women should have more visible tone across the board
So can someone with no muscle tone at all, take up martials and become muscular that way? I believe it to be for anyone.
@Hold_Junkie93 Every martial art works the muscles, obviously, but some styles will bulk you up more. Like Muay Thai requires large muscles, while Tai Chi benefits from a leaner build. Karate people usually have big guns, given how they train.
