2 toxic players Gunmodz and Rakkurye have purchased hardware or software in order to get someone’s IP address to boot them from online. This is illegal.

Those names sound familiar and ya there's definitely legality issues if you DDoS a host IP to interrupt service.

@MasterHavik Basically the program is an IP sniffer. Since DoA is a peer to peer network it will easily list those players connected to the lobby. That part is essentially harmless and not illegal. However, some software will also target the host of that IP and bombard it with packets basically clogging the bandwidth until the router takes measures and closes the connection.Thus a DDoS (distributed denial of service)

People often mistake him for Zakkurye, but you’ll spot the difference quite quickly because Zakkurye is a better player and isn’t an idiot like Rakkurye. Zakkurye is basically the Kasumi and Rakkurye is basically the retarded version of Phase 4.
