Rig has one like that too. His 7K and Bending 7K only cause a Fatal Stun on a crouching opponent.

Nyotengu doesn't seem to have any practical moves that cause fatal stun (outside of fatal rush of course), or at least i haven't found one yet, unless it's something super situational like land H+K on a BT crouching opponent on a full moon and you're wearing green underwear
