The only character I think is ridiculous atm is Phase 4 and her teleport cancel. You can't tell wtf is going on because she's constantly disappearing from the screen so you can't make a read on any animation.

It's not confirmed though. Could be just the patch to fix the issues on leaving out of the map probably I guess. If it is true though, well...there might be uproar (or not lol)
