People don't play him because he's a goofy-looking dude with an uninspired movelist. Has nothing to do with his inputs.

That too but a lot of us would play him if we could only get less absurd inputs. It’s super lame that someone like Busa can now air throw with a single T while he needs to do that “circle” thing that almost never comes out on a dpad

Maybe a few, but I doubt many would pick him up if they simply made his three move inputs easier.
As for Ryu... TN has no idea what they're doing with that guy, lol.

Raidou's complex moves are the only interesting thing about that character. And they aren't really that hard if you practice, especially the electric, which I don't think is difficult at all
