Yeah no way in the world i'm paying that 90 bucks pack even for sales. I even hear people are trying to find ways to get it without paying so I wasn't surprised people are trying to do something like that. Granted it's scummy of people trying to get it for free, but there's no way I'm going to get a pack and have costumes for characters I don't even use when I really only want like 4-5.
Set parts are coming in separately at HKD155, which is around $20. Wedding outfits part 1 is already there. Guessing the others will follow as the content is actually added to the game.
To be fair that's a Steam issue more than anything. Basically Steam can only host so much individual DLC for a game. It was a problem with DOA5LR on PC too (no individual DLC).
DOA would probably be permitted to go apeshit with their DLC if they didn't disgrace themselves so much with the PC port of 5LR that Valve decided to revoke KT's ability to have games pre-ordered on the platform. But as things stand, Valve only tolerates them begrudgingly, whereas I guess they're quite chummy with the Train Simulator folks.
