The sprite work isn't the sharpest, and it's extra incongruous when put besides the hit effects and the backgrounds that look amazing. But honestly this seems to be the case with any anime fighter that's not made by Arcsys, I dunno why it's like that. You really wanna see an anime fighter that really looks fan made, check out arcana heart 1 and 2, that shit looks soo cheap! (And I luv arcana heart)
