When you say "[character] is a ___ character" it inevitably compares them to the rest of the roster. A la carte, every character is a strike, throw, and hold character. Where those distinctions carry meaning is when they are juxtaposed with others, highlighting their relative focus. Bass is a throw character relative to Christie, a strike-focused character.
I still wasn't talking about Leifang. That Leifang has both doesn't mean Marie has to have both. You have stronger and weaker characters and we all know that. I was talking about the fact people think Marie is a strike charachter which she isn't. No need to go against me when I say a fact. @Brute
You don't have to compare MR to other characters to say she's a hold-based character. MR gets most off her damage from Hi-Counter Expert Hold Combos and gets very little reward from pure strike combos. This is a comparion made within MR's moveset. It's independent of what other characters' movesets are about.
That's not a fact, it's an opinion, which is the opposite of a fact.
"Her holds are better than her strikes," is an opinion. If you look at your play stats, you'll probably find that you've pressed strike buttons a lot more than hold buttons, even maining Marie Rose. You're not comparing her hold utility to her strike utility in a vacuum. You're comparing the balance of those two functions to other characters.
Arbitrarily bolding words doesn't redefine the English language to morph your "view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter" from opinion into fact.
I'm going to charitably assume that there's a language barrier and hope that whatever is going on in your head is more coherent and sensible than what you're writing.
The reason your going off topic explains it all. It's a fact if you look at Marie's stats. Her holds have the highest bar. So why is that my opinion and what has that to do with my writing? I just pointed out that you argue with me over nothing but you don't seem to understand. @Brute
Oh, the stats. Where all the different measures are subjectively assessed in relation to the rest of the roster?
You'll forgive me if I find that the opposite of complimentary to your point.
Those big words doesn't make you look smarter because the comments your making doesn't make sence, you keep getting off topic and you need to check the facts first before arguing. @Brute
Using big words doesn't make someone look smarter. Knowing the definitions and functions of smaller words makes one actually smarter, however, as does comprehension of relativity.
You don't have to act like the better person because you know the definition of big and small words. English is not even my main language so I don't know why your pointing this out to me? Yes my opinion is that you try to talk smart, while arguing with me about MR. The thing is that your wrong and you don't even have the balls to admit it. Don't like that? Stop then. @Brute
