I get the frustration from the addition in the last patch, but yeah, it's locked behind "Event Mode" (which is kinda terrible and not necessary, but it's the thought that counts) meaning that it'll almost pretty much never get used. However, my frustration comes how this shows how much TN doesn't understand the Western market, and forgot the backlash last summer after DOA6's reveal. The West hates censorship.

Haha, it wasn't intended to look good. It was intended to appeal to this group of people that get offended by "Bewbs!", whom don't even play DOA6.

To be fair, twitch and youtube have been attacking and demonetizing doa videos.

What sucks is that esports mode will be on for all DOA World Championship events.

Censorship is bad because it can be easily abused. Dont you remember when they censored gay couples and content in the west @Onryoki

@MasterHavik They better not have that "Exposure Minimization" bullshit on DOA6WC streams. Do they realize how ironically embarrassing the result looks? Their intentions are noble, but this is just another PR disaster in the making. If the "Exposure Minimization" mode limited the players to just default costumes I'd be cool with that.

Either Koei-Tecmo hates DOA, or Team NINJA are masochists.

Hate it so much they are pimping Western fans by making us buy packs of our favorite characters costumes.
