For the most part, I choose not to for moves that have very strong fast recovery that are like 16 in recovery even if the move is like -12. Most people only look at the unsafety numbers but they usually never take the time to look at the move recovery which is extremely important (especially if people play on the net). Rig, Pai, and Mai had things like this back in DOA5.
