Brad is another one don't like playing as, his play style, to me, feel very flowcharty, like regardless of the MU or opponent im just gonna do these same sequences on you every time with small variations here and there and that's the character. that's actually the same reason i hate playing as Rig, manz is super flowchart!

am i upclose? do string that ends in flamingo stance, did they get hit or block it? who cares, start going crazy with flamingo pressure, did they get hit? cash out on damage, did they block? fuck it start pressing again cause no one punishes flamingo pressure on block, at high level im sure this mentality gets you killed but anything before that and this shit works

on the opposite end I actually like playing as Nyotengu because her tools are so situational that there really is no flowchart, you kinda have to put thought behind all her moves because she lacks good solid tools and instead has a bunch of super situational buttons that serve specific purposes, but that's also her downfall, so i can see why ppl would be turned off by her lol

Is it weird that Rig and Nyo are two of my strongest characters and you can play one but not the other?
For the life of me, if I really sit down for the rest of the cast I can play them, but for odd reasons, I can't seem to sit down for Brad Wong and Nyotengu.
