usually not a fan of meta narrative wanking, but in the context the whole series it made sense, i just wasnt a fan of the way they executed it, but does that make it bad? i dunno

MGSV was literally the only MGS/MG I didn't finish because if you're a fan at all, they did everything wrong. Should have been more akin to 3 in terms of space and the no codecs was wack. It explains Zero a bit more and Liquid's origin but that's it. MP was ite tho but still ain't as good as 4's.

That said, MGS2 is still deep/relevant today and Kojima pretty much predicted the Internet age and how much power it would have for terrorists and government to create narratives to manipulate the people.
