Does that mean holds should be gotten rid of completely or does the system for holding as it is need an overhaul?

Definitely needs changes.. spamming 2 holds back to back should have have longer recovery time.

@inochinagi It'd be best to ask Rikuto that. But I hear Shimbori hates the hold system entirely.
I mean hey, a few years back someone at NEC asked Tom Lee on what they thought about a new fighting game IP. Tom said the team likes the idea but it's honestly up to the higher ups. I would imagine Shimbori would be in it to avoid it's implementation probably.
