Do you mean in it's entirety? i'm pretty sure DOA6 is still active on the competitive scenes no? it's more active than KOF14 for sure. If you mean get new people to try the game to expand more people to enter? I'd like to say no, but I like surprises.

@HHH816 What? Aikido is never stiff. Where in the world did you get the information that it's suppose to be stiff?

If you read up on Aikido anywhere, you read words like "flowing", "graceful", "circular", not stiff. Even in the translation of what Shimbori about why he chose Aikido for her, he says similar things about it. It's pretty much the pacifist's martial art, where it's foremost about defending yourself while doing little damage to your opponent, forcing them into submission. The moves can be subtle but effective.
