Actually I just checked and made sure. The US cost of Tamaki, 7.99 USD is the same as the cost of the KOF characters Mai and Kula in the US (but she costs more than Rachel or Momiji at $5.99 each). The unfairness is happening more specifically to Canadian and UK players this time.
