Free Step Dodge

I remember the God of War vs Ninja Gaiden vs DMC days on Gamefaqs forums, it's been over 10 years but my feelings are pretty much the same, love Ninja Gaiden, can't stand God of War, and I didn't like DMC back in the day, but i've come to appreciate it a bit more, still not a huge of it though

God of War is a solid adventure game but has always been a terrible hack n' slash.

All 3 of those games are overrated trash compared to The Legend of Zelda serious.

Depends on which God of War we're talking about, the new one? Yeah, it doesn't have an insane amount of variety to it, even if you unlock special attacks for the axe and the blades later on. The hack n' slash God of War games were good (erm, some, Ghost of Sparta can go and jump off a cliff), the more skills and magic you unlock the better combat gets and with that you can do a lot more when it comes to juggles.
