By the update mention of Black/Brown I had 4 characters that have these hair colors (even though Robert has different colors like purple/blue, but he still had Black/Brown in various games). I just kept it 1 per franchise just to make room for others to guest.

Keyword, "Descent" Meaning his ethnicity. If go back to his family tree, you won't find any white people. He's brown .

The dyes don't count technically as I'm getting at the fact that they refuse to have fighters with natural brown or black. You could say Tina for that but apparently it was a technical issue but Asians have blonde hair for some reason.
