can still get matches if you hit up the discord (as you have to do with most fighting games with smaller audiences) but it breaks my heart to see smaller fighting games try so hard only to have no1 play the game becuz it's not some legacy franchise

It's likely because the game seems too poverty.

The game is far too niche though. A game like Blade Strangers vs fighting genres that appeals to the mass majority should be pretty obvious at this point.
