I'm probably talking to a wall, but... worse in what way? She's doing what she's supposed to be doing... cleaning up the mess Donovan started when she and Hayate were abducted.
@Awesmic Are you kidding? In the end of 5 she was like okay I will beat Donovan on my own. . But in events of 6 was shown that she did nothing for this purpose. In 6 She again helped her siblings, but in worse way. Just beat blue haired loli and her own brainwashed sis And in the end of 6 she just run away without words . now she is just shy girl in exile, she is not a heroine.
While only a few bits true, I still don't see how Honoka is any better lol.
Her involvement with 6 (since this is technically her first time in story) has been pretty atrocious. It's literally a story panel of weeabo friendship cutesy trope with Marie Rose that never ceases to die apparently.
Roughly 70% of it's story has been a major spotlight for the two. The story has to be an adventure to stop evil, if we had to plug fillers with trope characters for the entire run and the entire budget spent on them, then it's automatically garbage without question.
And how is Honoka better than Kasumi exactly? She’s just a girl that can copy other fighters, by watching them and ends up getting kidnapped by Christie for Raidou’s revival and then disappears. How is that better than Kasumi’s arc throughout the series?
Don’t call Kasumi a bad character when the writers clearly wanted to focus on Honoka, Marie and NiCO. Literally every other character got shafted except those 3.
Don’t turn the question around. You stated that Honoka is better, explain how she is a better character. Back it up.
it’s like you forgot that Kasumi is still exiled from the village and that Ayane and Hayate are still obliged to kill her. Obviously she can’t stay with them. If you paid attention to the story instead of making these daily bullshit statuses on this forum you would’ve known that.
Kasumi, a drama queen? Now I can break this down to two conclusions. You're either trying too hard at trolling, or you're mixing official source material with the non-canon live-action movie, where she acted like a drama queen. If it's the latter in any way, stop while you're ahead. Just... stop.
Also to add something else. If the clan found out Ayane and Hayate broke their own code of not killing the runaway ninja, they’re getting exiled and possibly sentenced to death because they will be labelled as traitors of the clan. Why do you think Hayate and Ayane always meet with Kasumi in secret and not in front of their clan? The clan rules and traditions can’t be changed simply because of Kasumi.
@Onryoki so why they work with her? Why they can't say Kasumi stay away or something? Or why they help her? If it's against the rules.
I don't think it's against the rules, bc parents know that Kasumi is alive. And even if it's against the rules, so her dad is village leader why he did nothing? And how they kept in secret that Kasumi is alive, while there s no proof that traitor is killed
Because they love her because Kasumi is still their sister? Also they got a common enemy: Donovan. Did you forget that their mother begged Ayane not to kill Kasumi because family goes further than any shinobi code?
Hayate is the current leader of the clan now, not his parents. And girl you clearly didn’t do your research about their backstories. So I’m tired of this conversation.
I don’t feel like explaining why Kasumi’s siblings decide not to kill her even though they must. You clearly cannot grasp that idea. Go play DOAXVV with Honoka and Marie. Bye.
@Onryoki why? I don't understand. Family bonds? That's not the reason. Ayane didn't think about that when Genra gave her an order. So why they should listen their mother who begged to save traitor. Hayate is leader and he broke rules by saving Kasumi s life. What's more Shiden agreed with Genra's decision to kill his own daughter
